I consider my position as a loan officer with Sun American Mortgage Company, a passion fulfilled. My banking days began in the late 80’s in Fresno, CA while attending Fresno State University. Later, I became an expert in the processing of construction loans at Bank of Santa Maria where I worked for 7 years. Upon relocation to Arizona in 1997, I began my employment with Sun American. My tenure here has expanded my areas of expertise to FHA, VA and Conventional home loans.

As a loan officer, I have the ability to prequalify prospective loan applicants by collecting the necessary data, prior to submitting a file to underwriting and final approval. One of the greatest advantages of closing your loan with a mortgage banker is the one-step process. Sun American is one of the few mortgage bankers in this area.
