Hello, let me take a moment to introduce myself; my name is Michael Chalker.

Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, refinance an existing one or are relocating from another city, state or country, my expertise from 16 years of mortgage lending will put your mind at ease.  I am very passionate about several things: God and Family, our Great Nation and the Patriots who have served it well.    Both of my career paths were well chosen – first, in my service in the United States Marine Corps and then in my service to you as your mortgage representative.

During my tenure in the mortgage industry, I have selected a variety of positions that have enabled me to have a better understanding of how the mortgage process works.  This seasoning allows me to provide even better service to you, my customer.    It is my goal to educate you about possible options that will suit your needs.  There is no “one size fits all” approach in all scenarios.  My time and devotion are given to evaluate your particular situation, in order to offer the best solution for you.  Ultimately, it is my desire to empower you to make the best decision for you and your family’s needs.
