Judi Gustin has been a Mortgage Banker for over 19 years and has been with Sun American Mortgage Company for most of that time.  She has seen many changes in the mortgage industry and takes pride in her ability to stay informed in the ever changing marketplace.

Judi has experience in Real Estate and Finance.  This experience enables her to understand the mortgage business from all sides of the industry.   She values her real estate clientele and has built many long standing relationships.  Judi is proud of her many customer referrals; she feels that her job is not done until she’s been referred to a friend or family member by her current and former customers.

Her products include FHA, VA, Conventional & Jumbo loans.  She specializes in home loans for the Active Adult Communities, FHA 203k Rehab and USDA Rural Home Loans.  She enjoys hosting training workshops for her real estate agents.  Judi will work with you directly to prequalify you for a mortgage, so that you may search for a new home with confidence that your loan will be approved.  Customer service is very important to Judi, she returns calls promptly and works closely with her staff to make sure your loan will close as scheduled.

A proud resident of Arizona since 1965, Judi is married and enjoys her three children along with a recent passion for golf.  She rides horses, loves to fish and cheering for her boys at their sporting events.
